Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your SENSAI E-Boutique purchase, you may exercise your withdrawal right within 14 calendar days from receipt of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened (e.g. if the seal has been removed or tampered) are excluded from return.

After having informed us about your intention to exercise your withdrawal right you will have to ship the product back to us within 14 days. Returns will only be accepted via post and return postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. No returns will be accepted in store.

You will receive a full refund for the returned product(s) cost as well as the initial shipping costs. Refunds will be paid on receipt of goods, or with proof of shipping (i.e., receipt provided by the relevant carrier) and will be reimbursed using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

You can process your returns online, through your My Orders, under your My Profile. If you checked out as a guest, you can return your goods through the link in your order confirmation E-mail.

If your product arrives damaged, you received the incorrect item or have an allergic reaction, please contact our Customer Service to process the refund.
