SENSAI’s origins trace back to its predecessor company, formally in the spinning industry. It was during a visit to a spinning mill that the exceptionally beautiful hands of silk spinners caught the attention of our scientists.

Decades of research followed, until one day the secret behind their beautiful hands was discovered - a protein found in raw silk fibre, which has since been at the heart of every SENSAI product.
