If you are not satisfied with your SENSAI E-Boutique purchase, you may withdraw from your contract, by filling in the withdrawal request within 14 days of purchase in your customer account or here, from receipt of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are excluded from withdrawal.
Once we have accepted the withdrawal, and advised you to send the purchase back via post, the return postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. No withdrawals will be accepted in store.
You will receive a full refund for the returned product/s value as well as the initial shipping costs. Refunds will be paid on receipt of goods and will be reimbursed using the same means of payment as was used for the initial transaction.
You can process your withdrawal from contract online, through your "My Orders", under your "My Profile". If you checked out as a guest, you can withdraw from the contract through the link in your order confirmation or shipped e-mail. Alternatively, you can withdraw from your contract through the Order Withdrawal page.
If your product arrives damaged, you received the incorrect item or have an allergic reaction, please contact our Customer Service to process the refund.
