We do not carry out separate checks on reviews to ensure that the reviews shown are actually from consumers. All visitors to our website can submit reviews for our products. The submission of reviews is not tied to an user account or similar. All reviews go through Bazaarvoice's rigorous moderation process. The reviews are checked by a Natural Language Processing (NLP) tool and, if the content needs an additional review (e.g. suspected spam, inappropriate content), passed to Bazaarvoice’s human moderator. The human moderator will read and tag content for approval, rejection, or review. However, the product sentiment (whether positive or negative) is not decisive for whether a review is approved, rejected or reviewed. How can I place an order to purchase an item?

To purchase our products on www.sensai-cosmetics.com, simply select the item you wish to buy and click on “Add to bag” underneath the product. For items in different size or colours, you can select your preferred option when adding to the bag. Once you have added all your items to your bag, click on “Checkout” to proceed with the ordering process.
You may place an order without a SENSAI account, simply check out as a guest. If you however would like to benefit from a more personalised experience, we would recommend signing up for a SENSAI account.

How can I check my order status?

To check and track your order status, sign into your account and go to “My Orders” or click on the link provided in your confirmation E-Mail. If you checked out as a guest, you can also click on the link provided in your confirmation E-Mail. Tracking of your order will only be available once the order status has changed to “Shipped”.
Please note that your order history can only be viewed from the moment you have created an account. Previous orders placed with the same E-Mail address cannot be added to your order history.
