AWAKENING EYE Massage Method

STEP 1

Take an appropriate amount and place it on the four points of each eye: on your upper and lower eyelids, as indicated in the illustration.

STEP 2

Using three fingers (index finger, middle finger and ring finger), massage slowly and gently from the inner corner of the eye to the temple. Massage both the upper and lower eyelids several times until the essence blends into the skin.

Lightly apply pressure from areas A to E with the three fingers. Repeat the same procedure about three times.

(A/B) inner/outer upper eyelid: Press slightly upward along the hollow of the eyebrow arch.
(C/D) inner/outer lower eyelid: Press gently.
(E) temple: Press gently, lifting upward.

Place the three fingers over each eye, and gently slide and lift upward towards the temples.
